Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Alpha Traders – Stock Market Education Institution
 

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which payments made to Alpha Traders for courses, mentorship programs, webinars, workshops, and other educational services are handled.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational products and immediate access to proprietary content, all payments made to Alpha Traders are non-refundable and non-transferable.
 

Once a participant has:

 

Completed payment, and/or

 

Received access to course materials, live sessions, recordings, or community groups
 

No refund request shall be entertained under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy
 

Enrollment in any course, webinar, or mentorship program cannot be cancelled once access has been granted. Participants are advised to carefully review all course details before making payment.
 

In case a participant is unable to attend a live session, access to recordings (if applicable) may be provided at the discretion of Alpha Traders. However, this does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

​

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

 

Duplicate payment made due to a technical error

 

Payment deducted, but access not provided due to technical failure (after verification)
 

Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment along with valid transaction proof. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

​

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior written communication with Alpha Traders will be treated as a violation of these Terms and may result in:

 

Immediate suspension of access

 

Permanent termination from programs

 

Legal recovery proceedings, if necessary

 

5. Policy Updates
 

Alpha Traders reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on the official website.

6. Acknowledgement

By enrolling in any program offered by Alpha Traders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
